Part Time 9 Month FTC - Customer Support Administrator
9:30am - 2:30pm (20 hours per week)
Monday to Thursday (flexible)
£12.30 per hour
This is a 9 month Fixed Term Contract to cover maternity leave, however has the possibility to open into a permanent position.
Our well-established client based in central Dorking are looking to recruit a Part-Time Administrator who will be able to support our operations Department with administrative duties. This is a varied and interesting role with good rewards.
The hours are 9:30 - 2:30, Monday to Thursday, a small amount of home-time working is available.
The Administrator duties:
- Providing technical support to customers over the phone
- Logging relevant information onto the portal
- Using Excel to input data
- Ordering of equipment for customers
- Booking faults onto CRM system
- General administrative tasks
- Liaising with engineers
- Operational Support
The Person
- Excellent organisational skills
- Technically minded is preferable and advantageous
- Good customer service skills
- Confident on the phone
- Computer literate and experience with CRM systems
- Team player with a sense of humour
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
