Part Time 9 Month FTC - Customer Support Administrator

9:30am - 2:30pm (20 hours per week)

Monday to Thursday (flexible)

£12.30 per hour

This is a 9 month Fixed Term Contract to cover maternity leave, however has the possibility to open into a permanent position.

Our well-established client based in central Dorking are looking to recruit a Part-Time Administrator who will be able to support our operations Department with administrative duties. This is a varied and interesting role with good rewards.

The hours are 9:30 - 2:30, Monday to Thursday, a small amount of home-time working is available.

The Administrator duties:

  • Providing technical support to customers over the phone
  • Logging relevant information onto the portal
  • Using Excel to input data
  • Ordering of equipment for customers
  • Booking faults onto CRM system
  • General administrative tasks
  • Liaising with engineers
  • Operational Support

The Person

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Technically minded is preferable and advantageous
  • Good customer service skills
  • Confident on the phone
  • Computer literate and experience with CRM systems
  • Team player with a sense of humour
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
