Business Development Manager - Job Description:
- The purpose of the role is to develop sales, the operations and profitability of Existing and New Franchisees, in order to meet targets for growth and profitability.
- To promote the brand to maximize new sales growth and New Franchisee recruitment.
- To assist New Franchisees and ensure they are fully trained in contract start up procedures.
- To work closely with existing Franchises to assist them in reaching their annual sales target growth by identifying regional sales opportunities, prospects, and marketing ambition.
- To offer support to Franchisees and actively promote support through paid telesales and purchase of sales leads or contracts through the sales growth scheme.
- To review on a quarterley basis with existing franchisees performance against Sales targets and Sales Growth Scheme requirements. To help develop action plans to resolve any shortfalls that arise including any training requirements.
Business Development Manager - The Successful applicant:
- Previous experience of working in the cleaning or soft facilities sector
- Highly focused on business targets
- Has the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
- Self-driven and self-motivated
- Full clean UK driving license
