Product Manager
Location : London - Hybrid
Salary : Up to £80k plus benefits
12 months FTC
We are working with an Innovative not-for-profit organisation who are currently seeking a Product Manager to join their Internal CRM team.
As the Product Manager, you will be leading a team of Product Owners and be responsible for enhancing the efficiency of their internal CRM product and rolling out the new workflow to the wider business.
Day to Day you will be:
- Leading a team of Product Owners
- Accountable for the delivery of the lifecycle user experience product portfolio
- Improves user experience, working to create an amazing experience.
- Establishes a vision for the product portfolio, developing portfolio/product strategy and clear roadmaps for each product within the portfolio.
- Manages prioritisation and iterative agile releases that deliver new product development & features..
- Working with a squad of solution architect, engineers and QA to define, manage and groom the backlog.
- Set sprint priorities, including writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria to enable the successful delivery of features.
- Managing stakeholder communications including product roadmap, prioritisation decisions, the rationale for changes and features.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in both leadership and product management
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion
- Experience working within agile frameworks.
- Extensive experience managing stakeholder relationships across all levels.
- Experience working closely with Technical and Commercial teams.
