We are looking for a Department Admin Assistant to work for an international law firm based right in the heart of the City of London. The role is Monday to Friday, 9:30am-5:30pm, paying a competitive salary.
This role is 5 days in the office so we are looking for someone who is happy to do this and who enjoys being around people!
This is a newly created role so an excellent opportunity for growth and progression.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Support the CCS and administrative team with daily tasks that arise
- Provide administrative support including sorting presentations, inputting time entries, organising travel etc.
- Document storing and filing, both electronic and hard copy
- Data entry tasks
- Other duties as and when required
Skills required:
- Strong academic background
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
- IT confident including using printers, copiers and internal databases
- 1 year of administration AND law firm or professional services environment experience preferred
- Reliable, flexible and resilient
- Ability to work at a fast pace whilst maintaining efficiency
