Role: Residential Conveyancer
Salary: £28,000-£40,000

We are currently seeking a dedicated Residential Conveyancer to join an Auction Team in a reputable law firm in Gateshead.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in handling residential property transactions efficiently and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the conveyancing process. This is a full-time position with the potential for permanent employment based on performance.
Duties:
- Manage residential property transactions from start to finish, including sales and purchases,
Advice and guidance to clients.
- Utilize case management systems to track transactions, update clients, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution for clients.
- Update information accurately in the database to ensure data integrity.
- Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience as a Residential Conveyancer.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in using case management systems.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders.
