What you'll do:

As a Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client's success. Your passion for leadership and inspiring others will be key in driving operational excellence and fostering a high-performing, inclusive environment for colleagues. Leveraging your deep understanding of call centre operations, you will guide the team with strategic insight and hands-on mentorship. You will also be responsible for producing MI reports and leading insightful conversations with data.

  • Ensure smooth daily operations, driving efficiency, adherence to KPI's/call handling service levels.
  • Coach and develop your team, guiding them to achieve their professional potential.
