Sales Executive

Are thriving client based in Surrey are seeking a likeminded, proactive, and hardworking candidate to join their close knit team. Working as part of a busy sales department you will be a key team player in assisting with a range of events including corporate parties.

This is a varied role including the strategic planning of client bookings along with providing strong admin support.

Duties and key responsibilities will include:

Proactively manage a range of incoming enquiries

Develop and maximise sales through delivering an excellent first class customer experience

Answer customer enquiries in a prompt and professional manner

Upselling to clients to ensure they receive the best package for their experience

Reach targets by maximising all opportunities

Utilise internal systems within the business to drive sales forward

Visit trade shows representing the brand

Attending client networking events to help raise the profile of the business

Provide exceptional customer service

Problem solve where necessary to ensure the customer has a resolution to any queries or concerns

Assisting the team with the day-to-day admin duties

Skills and experience required:

You will be sales savvy and self-motivated with a 'can do' attitude

Strong communication and presentation skills

Great communication skills both written and spoken

Previous events experience

Strong admin experience with a 'can do' attitude
