Salary: £27,500 - £30,000 + 7.5% Annual Bonus

We're looking for a German Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our client's growing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the strong likeliness to become permanent. Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Managing and processing customer orders efficiently.
- Logistics & Tracking: Providing accurate updates on order status and shipping.
- Customer Support: Answering phone calls and handling email enquiries in German.
- Problem Resolution: Investigating and resolving customer issues promptly.
- Problem Solving: Proactively addressing challenges to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stock Queries: Responding to customer inquiries about product availability and stock.
What We're Looking For:
- Native-level fluency in German (both spoken and written)
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering positive outcomes
- Great communication skills and the ability to handle queries with a professional, friendly approach
- Attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Must be within a commutable distance to Nottingham
