Cover Supervisor / Pastoral Support
Hours: Full-time (8:20am - 3:00pm daily)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Cover Supervisor / Pastoral Administrator to join our team. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals considering a career in teaching or seeking to specialise in pastoral support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing classroom cover in the absence of teachers.
- Supporting the school's pastoral team in managing behaviour and promoting student well being.
- Liaising with external agencies, school staff, and parents to ensure a coordinated approach to student support.
- Contributing to the development of a positive school culture through effective pastoral care.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in pastoral, inclusion, or behaviour management roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
