Office Supervisor – Glasgow
Salary - £30000 - £35000 DOE
Key Responsibilities...
- Develop and seek to improve the R&D Claims process
- Set targets for claims submissions
- Plan and implement work schedules for the operations team
- Attend and participate in in Level 10 meetings
- Liaise with the CRM Manager so the CRM reflects the claims process and reporting requirements
- Support the Integrator in implementing and running the company on the EOS model
- Use the EOS tools to manage operational team members
- Help the business live the Core Values
- Tactical Work Communicate with clients and third parties, e.g. accountants
- Manage the operations team
- Manage the claim through the various stages
- Ensure the CRM is up to date and train the team on how to use the CRM
- Carrying out AML checks on all clients
