Day to day of the role:
- Provide one-to-one support to students, tailoring assistance to their individual needs to foster both academic and personal development.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to effectively implement individual learning plans.
- Contribute to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Monitor student progress, providing feedback and reports to teachers and parents as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Learning Support Assistant role or a similar position within an educational setting.
- Strong academic knowledge with the ability to assist students across a variety of subjects.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and patience.
- Must have the right to work in the UK (please note, sponsorship is not available for this role).
