Role: CNC Turner Setter/Operator
Location: Coventry
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM - 11:00 AM
Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour + attractive overtime rates
Contract Type: 12 weeks temporary to permanent
Are you an experienced CNC Turner Setter / Operator with expertise in Fanuc controls and seeking a new opportunity? Empowered Personnel is currently seeking a skilled CNC Turner Setter / Operator to join our client based in Coventry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting and operating CNC turning machines using FANUC controls.
- Interpreting technical drawings and specifications to produce high-quality components.
- Ensuring machines are set up correctly and run efficiently.
- Conducting regular maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
- Maintaining high standards of quality and safety in all work.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a CNC Turner Setter / Operator
- Extensive experience with setting and operating CNC machines using FANUC controls.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
- Must have previous experience as a CNC Turner Setter / Operator.
- Proficiency in setting CNC machines with FANUC controls.
- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
- Must be physically fit as this job involves heavy lifting
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
