My client is a large Housing and Property company in London, currently recruiting for an Interim Financial Accountant on a 12 month contract.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reconciling joint venture accounts, consolidating management accounts at month end
- Performing routine checks and balances and reconciling ledgers
- Supporting on adapting financial information to suit the new finance system being implemented
- Assisting in drafting financial statements
- Supporting external auditors with queries.
This will be a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their core accounting skills in a highly regarded organisation. The team meets in the office in London once to twice per week and flexible working hours are offers.

- Be a part qualified accountant, ideally who is actively progressing with their studies
- Have confidence in your basic accounting skillset such as reconciliations, audit support, month end tasks
- Ideal experience would involve working in an accountancy practice, or the Construction/Real Estate world.
