Bowmay is working in partnership with a long-standing client, we've been tasked to find their next Sales Manager to join the team and play a pivotal role in scaling their sales operations. You'll be a part of their senior management team and work collaboratively with other senior managers to deliver excellence and improve the company's capabilities.

Are you a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in achieving growth through new business development opportunities and the development of existing customer accounts?

Do you have a background in textiles? This is a niche textile manufacturing business who has a diverse customer base.

Are you comfortable with travelling at least 20% of your time?

  • This role requires someone with an advanced level of business fluency and a high level of commercial acumen.
  • This is an international sales role and therefore you'll be comfortable with an element of overseas travel.

About The Job

  • You'll be at the forefront of the business sales operations, driving sales and leading a small sales team.
  • You'll be someone who is passionate about developing strategic sales plans, building relationships, driving the team towards exceptional performance and achieving ambitious sales targets.
  • You'll present sales, revenue and expenses reports along with realistic forecasts to the group management team.
  • You'll identify emerging markets and market shifts, being aware of new products and competition status.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, internally and drive new product development.
