Hours of Work – 40hrs/week – Monday - Friday.

Salary - £24k (OTE circa £30K)

We are looking for a proactive and customer-centric Client Services Advisor to become a vital part of our growing team with an ambition to develop into a Mortgage Broker.

This position offers an exceptional opportunity for individuals who are passionate about building a successful career in financial services. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding our clients through their financial journey, providing essential support every step of the way.

The Role

  • Client Support: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional service.
  • Sales Development: Using your skills and experiences in sales, build robust relationships with Yopa Estate Agency clients securing financial services appointments and identify opportunities to introduce clients to our range of products and services, supporting the growth of our business.
  • Appointment Setting: Manage and schedule appointments for clients in partnership with our team of brokers.
  • Administration: Handle administrative tasks efficiently, including document management, data entry, and maintaining accurate client records to ensure cases are completed efficiently and in line with FCA regulations.
  • Career Progression: Participate in our structured 18-month* development programme, designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to transition into a fully qualified mortgage broker role, including the completion of CeMAP qualification.

  • Ambition: A desire to build a long-term career with a clear pathway to becoming a Mortgage Broker if hitting the desired metrics.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a client-facing role, ideally within financial services or sales, is desirable.
