Description
As an Accounts & Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for the following:
- Processing and raising a large volume of invoices
- Chasing unpaid debt
- End to end payroll for approx 40 employees including dealing with changes such as maternity pay, sick leave, submissions to hmrc, vat returns and more
- Dealing with all money coming in and out of the business
- Cash allocation
- Dealing with general queries regarding the ledgers
- Dealing and resolving any problems with the payroll
Profile
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
- Experience within an accounts position previously
- Experience with processing end to end payroll previously
- A very high attention to detail
- Experience using Xero would be advantageous but not essential
Job Offer
In return for your work as an Accounts & Payroll Admin, you will receive the following:
- £25,000 - £27,000 annual salary
- Option to work a 4 day working week (pro rata'd salary down to £22,000)
