Page Personnel are currently working with a reputable business, based in Leeds, who are looking for am Accounts & Payroll Administrator to join their growing team on a permanent basis. The client can offer some fantastic company benefits including the option to have a 4 day working week!

Description

As an Accounts & Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Processing and raising a large volume of invoices
  • Chasing unpaid debt
  • End to end payroll for approx 40 employees including dealing with changes such as maternity pay, sick leave, submissions to hmrc, vat returns and more
  • Dealing with all money coming in and out of the business
  • Cash allocation
  • Dealing with general queries regarding the ledgers
  • Dealing and resolving any problems with the payroll

Profile

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Experience within an accounts position previously
  • Experience with processing end to end payroll previously
  • A very high attention to detail
  • Experience using Xero would be advantageous but not essential

Job Offer

In return for your work as an Accounts & Payroll Admin, you will receive the following:

  • £25,000 - £27,000 annual salary
  • Option to work a 4 day working week (pro rata'd salary down to £22,000)
