Description

The key responsibilities for the Account Manager will be:-

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts.
  • Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.

Profile

The successful Account Manager will ideally:-

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of account management or sales experience in the chemical industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-oriented.
