I am currently working with a well known leader within their space, working across both B2B and B2C. They are looking for a Lead Business Analyst who will lead, direct, motivate, coach and develop our highly skilled team of BA's who are responsible for delivering requirements to support our strategic plan for change.
You will be joining at an exciting time for the business as they embark on an exciting digital transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Leading, directing, motivating, coaching and developing your team of BA's whilst facilitating best practice working models
- Managing the assignment of BA's to Agile teams or projects, handling availability conflicts and sourcing extra capacity where required
- Developing strong relationships with the Digital Exec, their direct reports, and the IT delivery team, to hold them to account for their part in project delivery
- Supporting initiatives, change and projects into the overall portfolio, prior to assigning to BA's
- Supporting the PMO in developing standards and enhancing methodology and the project lifecycle framework and ensuring BAs comply with them
Requirements:
- Experience working in a senior BA role, having experience coaching/mentoring business analysts
- Experience working in agile/scrum methodologies
- Proven experience working within b2b and b2c
- Experience designing business processes
- Experience working in a retail environment - desirable
Up to £65,000
Up to 17% Bonus
