Senior EA Senior Executive Assistant | Investment Banking | £260/day Inside IR35 | Interim Contract 3 - 6 Months | Docklands | HYBRID 3 office days per week
We currently an opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a senior management within a Tier 1 Investment Bank.
Your duties will include handling correspondence, managing calendars and appointments, arranging conferences and conference calls, making travel arrangements and providing other administrative tasks.
Previous recent experience within banking supporting senior management is essential for this role.
Your skills and experiences will include:
- 5 years minimum recent administrative experience within a large and complex environment within financial services
- Proven experience supporting senior level personnel
- Excellent knowledge of MS Skills - Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to multi task effectively and efficiently
- A proactive, confident and 'can do' attitude.
- Demonstrable experience of working effectively in a high-pressure and challenging environment
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Hours: Hybrid 3 days in the office / 2 days work from home
Rate: Up to £260/per day Inside IR35. You will be working through an umbrella company for this role.
