What You'll Own:
- Make every customer's day with welcoming and engaging service, turning first-timers into regulars.
- Master our world-class coffee and juice program with top-of-the-line equipment (hello, Eversys cameos and shot masters) to create the best drinks around.
- Complete training to keep our food and beverages fresh and top-quality.
- Manage products wisely to avoid waste, adjusting levels based on business peaks and lows.
- Follow Health and Safety Regulations and Food Safety Standards to the letter.
- Know our products, services, and brand inside out.
- Team up with Operations and marketing to boost foot traffic, attract new customers, and grow a loyal neighborhood fan base.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service or the hospitality industry.
- Flexible availability to match our cafe's needs.
- Part-Time: 24 hours/week, 3 days availability, must include 2 peak days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Full-Time: 35 hours/week, 4-5 days availability, must include 2 peak days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Preferably available on weekends and holidays.
- Authorized to work in the UK.
