Our client are seeking a Paralegal to join their Private Client Department. You'll be a crucial part of a thriving team, supporting a Conveyancing Team Leader and Conveyancer to ensure seamless client experiences throughout transactions.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with inquiries and provide ongoing support throughout legal processes
- Draft and prepare legal documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
- Assist in probate and estate administration, ensuring accurate and timely management of case file
- Conduct legal research and ensure all procedures comply with regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with solicitors and team members to deliver comprehensive and efficient legal services.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a similar paralegal or assistant role within Private Client essential.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm, hard work, and initiative.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to complete tasks promptly.
- Excellent attention to detail.
