Role Summary
A Top 200 UK law firm are actively looking to recruit either an Associate or Senior Associate into its London Corporate team.
L500 ranked regionally you will join a large national team working from the firms London office. While not huge they have a lot of ex-city Lawyers.
Transactions with vary with a deal value up to £50-£100 million. Your role will include advising on: mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, management buy outs, joint ventures, private equity, among others.
The firm in question are open to recruiting at either Associate or Senior Associate. Ideally you will have some supervisory exposure, or at least be open to supporting junior lawyers and paralegals.
Experience Required
- Be a UK qualified Corporate Solicitor with at least 4 PQE
