About the Role

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships? We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator at a leading manufacturing company in North Tyneside.

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our reputation for service excellence. You'll be the first point of contact for a defined portfolio of customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally throughout the order lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their trusted point of contact.
  • Provide product and application advice, process orders, and manage post-sale support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
  • Handle customer complaints, log claims, and follow through to resolution.
  • Support the wider Customer Service function as needed.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to enhance the customer experience.
