As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our reputation for service excellence. You'll be the first point of contact for a defined portfolio of customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally throughout the order lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their trusted point of contact.
- Provide product and application advice, process orders, and manage post-sale support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Handle customer complaints, log claims, and follow through to resolution.
- Support the wider Customer Service function as needed.
- Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to enhance the customer experience.
