We are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth communication between customers, suppliers and engineers. This position requires strong administrative skills and excellent organisational abilities.
Duties
- Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient service delivery
- Manage job completion from raising job numbers to invoicing
- Management of work in progress to ensure jobs are completed and invoiced on time
- Maintaining engineering schedule to provide real time data on current jobs
- Review and sign off quotations including new quotations and engineer's recommendations
- Liaising with suppliers to obtain prices for parts and subcontractors when required
- Support the engineers and service team with general office tasks as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in an service administrative or coordination role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Siclops
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
- Strong clerical skills, including filing, documentation, and record keeping
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
