Signature Bristol is excited to be once again supporting one of our client's based in Portishead on the hunt for a Data Entry Administrator.

Working for an environmental contractor, this is a permanent position based in their office Monday to Friday. This role can be part time or full time hours and is very flexible depending on circumstances.

Working within the Waste Solutions team, you will be assisting with management of waste tickets, database management and invoice checking.

Benefits

  • Full time equivalent salary up to £24,000 DOE
  • Working Hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Administrator roles and responsibilities

  • Data entry of waste tickets into a database
  • Ticket management includes scanning, documenting, and filing tickets.
  • Organising skips and transport for clients
  • Invoice checking
  • Assisting in wider administration duties

Required skills

  • Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of MS Office packages
  • Previous use of databases and CRM systems
