Role Overview: As a Corporate Finance Executive, you will work closely with team members to deliver a range of services including M&A advisory, financial due diligence, capital markets services, financial modelling, valuation, and debt advisory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of buy-side advisory services and financial due diligence reports.
- Support the preparation of capital markets services and reports.
- Contribute to pitching and proposal preparation.
- Coordinate input from specialist teams and prepare insightful financial and commercial analysis.
- Network and drive leads and fees to the team.
Skills and Experience:
- Degree educated and ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- Experience in leading audit assignments.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and report writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ambitious, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
