Trainee Administrator

What you'll be doing:

  • Finance Administration: Assist the finance team with tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and creating departmental reports.
  • Cash Reconciliation & Payments: Manage financial reconciliations, allocate cash receipts, and ensure timely payments in line with procedures.
  • Report Management: Keep reports up to date, identify cash allocations, and work with the team to monitor financial transactions and discrepancies.

What we're looking for:

  • GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade 5 or above) or equivalent
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to follow processes and procedures
  • Willingness to study and achieve the Cert CII qualification (via Level 3 apprenticeship)
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work independently once trained
