What you'll be doing:
- Finance Administration: Assist the finance team with tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and creating departmental reports.
- Cash Reconciliation & Payments: Manage financial reconciliations, allocate cash receipts, and ensure timely payments in line with procedures.
- Report Management: Keep reports up to date, identify cash allocations, and work with the team to monitor financial transactions and discrepancies.
What we're looking for:
- GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade 5 or above) or equivalent
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with the ability to follow processes and procedures
- Willingness to study and achieve the Cert CII qualification (via Level 3 apprenticeship)
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently once trained
