Customer Relations Officer
?? Location: Hybrid – (home-based with Monday team meetings)
?? Full-Time | 9am–5pm | Flexi-Time Available
?? Hourly Rate: £16.93 PAYE
Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and making a difference in your community? Reed Public Sector is looking for a proactive and organised Customer Relations Officer to join our friendly and supportive team.
**About the Role
As part of the established Customer Relations Team, you'll play a key role in managing complaints and enquiries in line with corporate policy and statutory legislation. You'll work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high standards of service, quality, and compliance.
**What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating and managing incoming enquiries and complaints
- Liaising with internal and external customers
- Ensuring timely, high-quality responses
- Supporting the team in maintaining service excellence
**What We're Looking For
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Demonstrable IT skills and evidence of good Excel, CRM, EDMS systems.
- Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel & Office 365
- A team player with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
