This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week.

We have Customer Services Assistants at all of our campuses, and you may be expected to work at any of our locations.

Day to day of the role

  • To manage and provide outstanding reception services.
  • Issue and maintain visitor's passes and temporary ID badges and ensure all visitors are announced.
  • Ensure a 95% answer rate for all phone lines to the college switchboard.
  • To provide clerical support and assist with communication, including but not limited to Live Chat, email and WhatsApp.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Team player, committed to working effectively and supportively with others, both within the department and the wider college.
  • Professional, warm and friendly manor with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Exemplary Customer Service skills and commitment to the delivery of a wholly customer focused service.
  • Flexible approach to hours of work, place of work and cover needed for holidays.
