About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Sales Negotiator - Lister

to join our clients successful team in Brentwood.

In this role,

you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our clients business while earning a competitive salary with an excellent commission structure.

With your previous industry experience,

you will be well-equipped to drive new business, negotiate sales, and deliver exceptional service.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Utilise your at least 2 years of industry experience to excel in this role.
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities with a self-motivated and enthusiastic approach.
  • Actively network with local homeowners in the Brentwood area, building valuable connections and relationships.
  • Negotiate offers and agree sales on a variety of properties, ensuring the best outcomes for all parties involved.
  • Generate property valuations and carry them out with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Create compelling property marketing details that highlight the best features of each property.
  • Book and conduct viewings, meeting and exceeding agreed targets to drive sales.
  • Maintain high standards in record-keeping, ensuring all data is managed in line with data protection regulations.
  • Work effectively under pressure to meet and exceed set targets, demonstrating your resilience and determination.
  • Leverage your strong IT skills to manage property details and communications efficiently.
  • Collaborate within a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
  • Stay client-focused, delivering exceptional service at every stage of the sales process.

What We're Looking For:

  • A candidate with at least 2 years of experience in estate agency or a similar role.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a proven ability to generate new business.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with a track record of successful property sales.
  • Excellent communication and networking abilities, particularly within the local business community.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage records in compliance with data protection standards.
  • IT proficiency is a must, as is the ability to handle pressure and meet targets with ease.
  • A client-focused mindset, always striving to deliver top-tier service.

Hours of Work:

  • Monday: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm
  • Tuesday to Friday: 8:45 am to 6:00 pm
  • Saturday: 8:45 am to 5:00 pm
  • Enjoy a day off during the week to maintain work-life balance.

Holiday Entitlement:

  • 28 days per annum, including bank and public holidays.
