HR Co-ordinator
Harrow, Middlesex
£27,500 + Pension + Parking
A focused and determined HR Co-ordinator is required to join a very successful organisation in the Harrow area, a responsible person is required to manage all day to day HR processes.
Some of your duties will include:
- Providing an efficient, effective and customer focused HR service for all areas of the business
- Supporting all aspects of an employees relationship and engagement with the Company
- Co-ordinating recruitment process from instigation stage through to appointment
- Ensuring compliance with legislation, obtaining DBS checks and references for new employees
- Managing the onboarding of new employees and co-ordinating training and development
- Maintaining HR policy and advising line managers on all aspects of HR policies
