On the back of what will be a record-breaking year for our clients Events & Exhibitions business unit, they now have the opportunity to further grow their Events Delivery team as they plan for delivering further success in 24/25.
Reporting into their Head of Events Development, they are looking to recruit an Event Coordinator to join their talented team.
Working as part of a true collaborative team effort, they are keen to engage with candidates who have experience of working within a commercial events function, ideally within the business sector.
You will have strong organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads. Web experience (including HTML/ Wordpress/ online event platforms) would be highly desirable.
In this role, you will gain exposure of working on the full end-to-end event delivery. In support of that, you will be responsible for managing the stakeholder relationships - both internal and external; supporting the marketing plan for each allocated event as well as on-site attendance on the day of the event, where you will get to see first-hand how it all pulls together.
