Job Advert: Executive Assistant (Fixed Term Contract)

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our client's organisation as an Executive Assistant on a fixed term contract.

In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the organisation and provide executive-level assistance to senior management. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments
Arranging travel logistics and accommodations for executives
Drafting and editing documents, correspondence, and reports
Conducting research and preparing presentations
Taking minutes during meetings and distributing them to relevant stakeholders
Handling confidential information with utmost discretion
Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks as required

To excel in this role, you will need a minimum of 15-20 years of experience as an Executive Assistant. It is preferable if you have previous experience within the charity sector and are fluent in Arabic. Your exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be key to your success in this position.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract, starting from September, 2024, with a possibility of progression into a permanent role after a 6-month probation period. You will be offered a competitive annual salary ranging from £39,950 to £47,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Although driving is not required for this role, a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a vibrant, collaborative work environment are essential.
