Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring people, so we're looking for a HR Assistant to join us to help us as we scale up. You will provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring documentation and processes are kept up to date.

We are a small team were HR and TA work together closely, we are fast paced but we support each other along the way.

Here's why you'll love this role...

  • Create documentation to support employees throughout the employee life-cycle – starters, leavers and changes processes
  • Support on recruitment admin, arranging interviews, updating the Applicant Tracking System - running checks on applicants and new starters and assisting with inductions
  • Update and maintain HR trackers and the HR system to ensure the data is ‘live', with employee information
  • Support with HR projects – employee engagement, events and company culture initiatives
  • Manage HR inbox and escalate any enquiries
  • You will work towards Level 3 CIPD qualification - this will be via the apprenticeship route (so if you already have an equivalent of level 3 or above in HR or similar, unfortunately, you won't be able to sign up the apprenticeship)

  • An excellent eye for detail, with data entry, Word Excel and PowerPoint experience
