Job Title: Senior Family Solicitor
Location: Sutton Coldfield
Hours: Full Time, flexible hours available

I've partnered with a multi-practice firm based in Sutton Coldfield who are looking for an experienced Family Solicitor. You'll have the chance to lead complex transactions, manage a team, and build strong relationships with clients. You'll be responsible for handling high-level private family law cases involving divorces, child custody disputes, prenuptial agreements, and financial settlements. As a leading member of the team, you'll play a vital role in driving the growth of the family department whilst developing their client connections.
Duties:
- Manage a caseload of Private Family Law matters primarily consisting of Divorce, Financial
and some Child arrangements. However, the more the department grows, you are able to
take on other Private Family Law files.
- Grow the department. Expand. You will have both secretarial and administration support to
allowing you to focus on this.
- No Legal Aid work, all Private.
- The firm already has existing clients but they would like someone to build on this
Experience Required:
- 8PQE+
- Qualified solicitor or equivalent.
- Ability to run a department and have plans on how to expand and grow this further.
- Experience managing a department or growing a department is desirable but not essential.
