A leading manufacturing business are currently looking for a Product Quality Specialist to join their growing team. This is a full-time permanent position with hybrid working.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing support and guidance to users on quality assurance processes, SAP systems and BI tools
- Managing the setup of new users
- Performing regular reviews to ensure system security
- Leading the development and testing of new tolls and dashboards
- Collaborating with internal teams to manage software releases and change cycles
- Managing SAP/QM configurations
- Exploring and applying AI and data analytics techniques to develop quality management solutions
The Successful candidate will have:
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience in product quality management
- Excellent communication skills
- Working knowledge of ERP systems
- Experience delivering results to tight deadlines
- Experience managing multiple projects at once
