Senior Project Manager

Remote first (occasional visits to company HQ near Oxford)
£80,000-£95,000 base salary
Unique opportunity to join a global leader in supply chain sustainability, in a newly created senior project manager role, reporting directly to the CTO on key customer projects.
This is remote first, with ocacsional vistis to the HQ near Oxford, or you can meet the CTO directly in London ad-hoc too.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience of delivering complex software development, platform enhancement and platform and data migration projects.
- In-depth knowledge and experience of the Technology project lifecycle.
- In-depth knowledge and experience of agile software development projects and delivery methodologies - ideally NEXUS SCRUM Methodology.
- Experience of bringing significant projects to completion through within challenging conditions.
- Experience of working with remote multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience of managing and bringing together diverse cultures.
- A recognised qualification and/or significant experience of project management tools and methodologies.
- Technical skills from previous roles e.g. software development, DBA, etc. is desirable.
PAST EXPERIENCE
- 5 years' experience leading and delivering software projects within a B2C SaaS business.
- 5 years' experience working directly with Product and Technology teams.
- 5 years' experience leading and delivering software projects across a centralised global SaaS platform.
- Experience using Microsoft Azure for management and tracking is desirable.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Project Management Certification.
- Degree educated preferably in Computer Science / Numerical subject.
