I am looking for a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer. In this role, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and visual design of products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging designs that meet both user needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept to final implementation.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business objectives.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our products are at the forefront of design innovation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to think strategically and solve complex design problems.
- Experience with user research and usability testing.
- Knowledge of front-end development is a plus.
