Role: Talent Executive
Location: Manchester
Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Contract type: Permanent
Salary: Around £24,000 per annum (negotiable, dependent on experience)
The key purpose of the Talent Executive role within Reed Specialist Recruitment, is to proactively identify and approach candidates, qualify that they have the right skills and expertise, secure their commitment for potential roles, and share them with Consultants for vacancies that they are working on.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and selecting suitable candidates from a range of different sources, including jobsites, social media, other platforms, referrals and using local market knowledge
- Preparing and posting adverts
- Conducting marketing activity to attract new candidates to register with Reed
- Scanning our systems to contact and reactivate candidates
- Developing and maintaining a suitable pool of candidates for potential roles
- Contacting candidates and conducting initial screening to find out what roles they are interested in, the skills and experience they have, their salary expectations, notice period and their reason for leaving their current/most recent role

Requirements;
- Experience is desirable, but not necessary
- Commitment to proactive working
- Good IT skills
- Excellent organisation and communication skills

This role is hybrid working - usual pattern is 3 days in the office per week
Commission is based on performance

Key Performance Indicators will include; candidates generated, role fill ratio, income generated and compliance adherence
