Project: Herne Bay, Kent - Tier 2 Contractor
Salary, Package & Progression: (c.£55,000 - £65,000) + Car Allowance + Health Care + Clear Progression Plan into a Senior role + 26 days holiday (+ Bank holidays on top)
A vibrant team in Kent is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their on-site crew. The team includes a Design Manager, Project Director, senior Site Manager, and a senior Quantity Surveyor. This role offers a clear progression plan towards senior positions.
The project is at the back end of demolition with groundworks and enabling about to begin, making it an ideal time to join. The successful candidate will report to a Southern-based Commercial Director.
The company is a well-established Tier 2 contractor with a turnover of £200m and over 50 years of industry experience. Known for its friendly and social environment, the company offers 26 days of holiday plus bank holidays, and employees get their birthdays off.
The role is ideal for a candidate with experience in managing projects from start to finish. The project will be a large mixed-use residential, commercial, and care home scheme, with a strong pipeline of work in the Kent area.
