Description

  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, offering expert advice and solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of accountants and support staff, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative culture.
  • Financial Oversight: Ensure the delivery of high-quality financial reporting, compliance, and advisory services. Oversee the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other reports.
  • Strategic Development: Contribute to the long-term strategic direction of the firm, identifying opportunities for growth and service expansion.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, support the firm's growth initiatives, and play a key role in the firm's client acquisition strategy.

Profile

A successful 'Accounts Director' should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification ACA/ACCA
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
