Our client's corporate and acquisition finance team operates as a fully integrated global practice, representing banks, sponsors, corporates, asset managers, and governments in some of the most complex, challenging, and innovative transactions worldwide.
The firm are committed to expanding the Private Equity and Acquisition Finance offerings across their banking and corporate teams. They are seeking clever, ambitious, and commercially minded Senior Associates (5+ PQE) with specialist mid-market Leveraged/Acquisition Finance experience to join the growing banking team.

Your Profile
- A qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in mid-market Leveraged/Acquisition Finance.
- Proven track record in handling complex financing transactions, including public bids, private acquisitions, leveraged financings, investment-grade loans, and general corporate treasury matters.
- Strong technical and commercial expertise, with a thorough understanding of relevant legal principles and case law.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, providing high-quality, tailored legal advice.
- Ability to work effectively within a team, contributing to a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Experience in business development, with a proactive approach to identifying and securing new work opportunities.
