Our client, a dynamic and growing organisation in the Sales industry, is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the sales operations and ensuring smooth processes. As our client's Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall success of the sales department.

  • Processing web orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Assisting in packing orders when required, ensuring timely despatch.
  • Managing a small number of customer accounts, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Potentially taking charge of managing social media platforms to enhance brand presence and engage with customers.
  • Answering phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and providing assistance to customers.

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role within a sales environment.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, as you will be interacting with customers and team members regularly.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including MS Office Suite.
  • A positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to adapt quickly to changes and prioritise tasks effectively.
