Learning & Development Coordinator

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to join Sytner Learning and Development as a member of our fantastic administration support team. We are looking for proven administration and organisational skills and the ability to deliver excellent quality support to our trainers and delegates.

At Sytner Group we are totally committed to delivering the development needs of our people and our in-house L&D team play a crucial part in this.

Key elements of the role include:

  • Organising training events and workshops
  • Maintaining and monitoring the link between virtual training and online course materials
  • Liaising with Managers, trainers and delegates by phone and email
  • Maintaining and helping develop our L&D database system (Midland HR iTrent)
  • Optimising the reporting from our 2 main databases
  • Communication with Senior Management via phone and email
  • Competent skill levels of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook

This role is very varied and encourages you to use your own initiative while offering a great working environment as part of our small but close knit team.
