Our client is a growing, acquisitive business who are currently looking to appoint a Finance Manager into a role which is the number one finance role onsite at their offices near to Ferndown, Dorset.
What will the Finance Manager role involve?
- Managing the transactional finance team with oversight of the ledgers;
- Preparation and review of monthly management accounts and MI for two subsidiaries;
- Ensuring compliance with all industry accounting regulations;
- Working with senior managers across the business to support them with budgets and any pressures and communicating any pressure points;
- Management and development of the finance system;
- Continuous review and implementation of process improvements;
- Provision of payroll information;
- Weekly cashflow reporting;
- Negotiating supplier terms;
- Foreign exchange.
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy:
- Fully CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified;
- A track record of working in a Finance Manager role;
- Previous experience in a regulated environment would be advantageous;
- A working knowledge of Xero would also be beneficial.
