Do you have experience in new homes sales and a passion for helping buyers find their perfect home? We are looking for a Shared Ownership Sales Consultant to join my clients team in Reading for a 1-year fixed term contract! You will be based on site to support buyers throughout the entire sales process from initial enquiry through to completion.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Handle all stages of the Shared Ownership sales process, from customer inquiries to completion.
- Client Engagement: Provide expert advice to buyers on shared ownership options, helping them navigate affordability and eligibility.
- Target Achievement: Work to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate: Liaise with mortgage brokers, solicitors, and internal teams to ensure a smooth process.
**About You:
- New Homes Experience: Previous experience in new homes or shared ownership sales.
- Sales Driven: Target-focused with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Organised & Proactive: Ability to manage multiple sales pipelines effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems and digital tools.
What's on Offer:
- Up to £32k basic, £52k OTE
- Tuesday-Saturday
- 10am-5pm working hours
- 28 days annual leave + bank holidays
