Eames is currently partnered with a London Markets insurancer who are on the search for a MI Developer Analyst.
My client specialises in providing a broad range of property and casualty products to customers worldwide through its Lloyd's and international market platforms.
Our client is a household name across the insurance space and has plenty to offer including but not limited to hybrid working and a salary up to £50,000 plus bonus (DOE).
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Becoming familiar and assisting with the maintenance of the MI data model and online Power BI reporting suite, assisting in training and responding to queries from end users in the business.
- Using Microsoft Office products to assist with the analysis and presentation of information (Excel, Word, Power BI, PowerPoint).
- Delivering financial reports and discovering new opportunities, providing insights where necessary
- Regularly responding to ad-hoc queries from the distribution, senior management, underwriting, claims and conduct teams.
Maintaining or updating tools and databases where necessary.
- Develop data strategies to effectively make decisions.
The successful application will likely have:
- Experience with Power-BI.
- 2 years experience in Insurance (Minimum)
- Experience in building presentations and analysing data in Microsoft Office.
- Basic SQL Skills.
- Fantastic communication skills, stakeholder management experience would be advantageous.
