About the Role:

Are you an experienced Account Manager with a passion for the automotive industry? We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Manager. In this role, you will be at the forefront of supporting and driving business growth with our automotive brand partner schemes, focusing on data analysis, reporting, and strategic account management. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on working with data and is eager to contribute to the success of OEM partnerships within the franchised dealer network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analytics & Reporting:
  • Analyse and report on the performance of our automotive schemes, identifying trends and opportunities to enhance our brand plans. You will improve our KPI reporting suite, uncovering valuable insights that support sales enhancements and strategic decisions.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Develop a thorough understanding of all OEM solutions and technical structures. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and automotive partners to evolve our products, ensuring they meet the objectives of our manufacturer partners.
  • Brand Expertise:
  • Gain a comprehensive knowledge of each manufacturer brand in your portfolio. Leverage industry intelligence to identify opportunities and risks, develop marketing strategies, and maintain our competitive edge in the automotive sector.
  • Account Management:
  • Maintain regular communication with manufacturer partners, providing updates on scheme performance, resolving queries, and contributing to the development of future strategies. You will manage all activities in the CRM system, ensuring alignment with brand strategies and maximising awareness of each scheme.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with your peers and cross-departmental teams to share best practices, discuss challenges, and contribute to project success. You will be an active participant in team meetings, championing scheme performance and identifying opportunities for growth.

What We're Looking For:

  • Essential Qualifications:
  • Educated to A Level or equivalent in a business or commercial subject.
  • Skills and Attributes:
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Proven experience in managing client accounts and developing strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a customer-centric approach.
  • Desirable:
  • Competent presentation skills to engage audiences at all levels.
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry.
  • Experience in project management.
