Business Development - MedTech - Remote - £60K base and £100K OTE
Due to the business's expansion in the Private Sector, particularly targeting hospitals and clinics, a new sales role has been established. This position is designed to engage with a wide range of potential customers.
Role Requirements:
To thrive in this role, you must be a highly motivated salesperson with a minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, ideally within the private health sector. You should demonstrate a strong ability to identify new opportunities, manage a sales pipeline, create compelling proposals, close deals, achieve targets, and quickly grasp the details of the products you sell.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Targets: Responsible for achieving your own sales targets, as agreed with the UK Head of B2B.
Sales Cycle Management: Efficiently manage the entire B2B sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, booking sales meetings, creating proposals and presentations, negotiating, and closing deals.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain high-level relationships with senior leaders.
Proposals and Presentations: Write and present product proposals and solutions to clients both in-person and via video conferencing.
Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of company products and effectively communicate this knowledge to clients.
Legal and Data Knowledge: Have a solid understanding of the legal and data aspects of contracts and agreements.
Sector Experience: Previous experience in selling to private sector providers in the UK.
Event Participation: Occasionally attend customer events or health-related conferences.
CRM Management: Create and maintain your own contact database, ensuring all deal and contact details are up-to-date in the company CRM.
Additional Information:
Travel: UK travel is required; a full driving licence is essential.
Work Environment: Primarily home-based, with occasional office work, international travel, and remote client visits.
