Are you ready for a new and exciting role as a Support Worker?

A career as a Support Worker is both rewarding and challenging, offering a level of job satisfaction that's hard to find elsewhere. We are currently seeking individuals with a ‘can-do' attitude who are outgoing, caring, and able to maintain a calm demeanor when needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Ideally, experience in Health and Social Care, but the right attitude and values are what matter most.
  • While not essential, having a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance is an advantage.
  • You will be supporting young adults in a supported living environment.

Your Role: No two days will be the same, as you will be helping individuals with different interests, preferences, and needs. Duties may include:

  • Assisting with personal care and hygiene.
  • Cooking and meal preparation.
  • Supporting with domestic tasks.
  • Administering medication as needed.
  • Completing care logs.
  • Encouraging skill development and independence.

Shift Details: Morning shifts run from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM, available Monday to Sunday, with a minimum requirement of every other weekend. Additional hours are available on a bank basis to cover holidays and sickness.

What We Offer: We value your dedication and hard work by providing:

  • Competitive pay rates: £11.60 per hour (weekdays), £12.15 per hour (weekends).
  • Paid mileage: 42p per mile.
  • Company mobile phone.
  • Full PPE and free uniform.
  • Fully funded enhanced DBS check.
  • Paid holiday.
  • Clear career progression opportunities.
  • Fully paid training programme.
  • Pension scheme.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • 1:1 mentoring and support.
